Current turn around time:
1-2 weeks for single orders.
1. Place your order.
2. Please email rowdyhouseshop@gmail.com with the heading “CUSTOM SINGLE HAT”
3. Send over your wording, design, or idea.
4. We will discuss design to make sure it's perfect.
5. A mock up will be sent and once approved we will start on your order.
**For all larger orders over 10 (bachelorettes, parties, events, businesses - please fill out the contact form and we will shoot you an email with custom pricing!**

We do not accept exchanges or returns as every hat is made to order just for YOU. If anything is wrong with your order please reach out and we will get it resolved for you right away!
